Busy Week
This next week is going to be a busy one. I collected a quilt top earlier in the week and one of my customers brought me 4 quilts to do. Here is a picture of one of the four. They are all based around the same pattern but differ in colour and have a variety of squares. These are all for Christmas presents so I can’t show you too much of them but here is a little peek.
I have the pattern for this quilt and have been wanting to find the time to do it myself, but have been so busy recently I haven’t got it started yet. Perhaps quilting someone else’s will give me the push I need to get it underway.
On Saturday I am going to be putting up more storage and sorting out my fabric some more. I am determined to get it all out of the drawers so that I can see it. It’s got to the stage where I have so much I can’t see it and have to dig in it to find anything. So it is all going to go on shelving and then I can use the drawers for the threads that are spilling out of their current storage. Then I think I will need a large black coffee and a glass of wine in the evening. Will let you know how it goes.
